If you run a local operation that goes through hardware steadily, buying wholesale makes sense. A bulk purchase keeps a supply on hand at your shop and saves money compared with picking up a handful at a time. We carry many different types, so a single order can cover several jobs at once.

Where Our Fasteners Go to Work

Every job site is different, and every industry has its own needs. The fasteners we sell are most commonly used at:

  • Oil refineries
  • Gas companies
  • Coal mines

On these sites, a fastener is rarely a casual choice. Bolts and studs hold flanged connections, equipment mounts, and structural members that take vibration, pressure, and wide temperature swings. Getting the size, thread, and grade right is part of getting the job right, and a wrong choice tends to show up later as a loose joint or a leak.

Choosing the Right Fastener

A fastener that looks right can still be wrong for the job. Four details decide whether a bolt or stud will hold:

  • Diameter and length, measured on the shank, not the head
  • Thread pitch, coarse or fine, which has to match the nut or tapped hole
  • Grade or material, which sets how much load the part can carry
  • Finish or coating, which affects how it stands up to moisture and corrosion

When you are not sure of the spec, the safest move is to match the part that came out of the equipment. Bring it in or have its markings handy when you call.

Not every customer is buying by the case. You can pick up fasteners for individual equipment, home projects, and other DIY jobs at the same counter our commercial customers use. If you are replacing a bolt, bringing the old one along makes it easier to match.

When Stock Sizes Won't Work

Sometimes the part you need is not a standard item. We manufacture custom studs on site and offer free estimates by phone. Fasteners also pair with the gaskets and flanges in our gasket and flange inventory, so the hardware for a full connection can come from one order.
